A cupcake workshop.

It all started with icing, Mary asked me how do I get that lovely texture and would I teach her, in the end this turned into a small cupcake making class with lovely students! We made vanilla and chocolate cupcakes with of course the  icing. The first of many classes I hope.

Tout a commencé avec le glaçage, Mary m'a demandé comment on faisait pour obtenir une telle texture et si je pouvais lui apprendre, ceci s'est terminé par un cours de cupcake avec des élèves charmant ! Nous avons cuisiné des cupcakes à la vanille et au chocolat avec bien sur du glaçage.C'était le premier cours, en espérant qu'il y en ai beaucoup d'autres ! 

We started off by reveiwing the recepie and geting to know one another.

Nous avons commencé par relire la recette et nous avons discuter pour mieux nous connaitre. 

Then got to work!
Ensuite au boulot ! 

As we just kind of threw this workshop together the decorations where limited, but some how the group managed to create beautiful cupcakes!

Comme nous avons planifié le cours à la dernière minute les décorations étaient assez limités, mais le groupe tout de même réussi à créer des très jolis cupcakes.
